Mara Vanzetta, former co-founder of Studio Maffeis-Vanzetta in 1991, founded Vanzetta & Associati in 2014.
Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan in 1991. Enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan since 1993 and in the Register of Auditors since 1995. She holds the role of Statutory Auditor and Director in important national companies and multinationals, and is a member of numerous supervisory bodies

She has gained specific skills in the M&A sector and in the tax and corporate fields, developing in particular the activity of assistance in the operations of Private Equity Funds.
She also carries out a significant consultancy activity for foreign investors who intend to develop projects on the national territory.
