We are seeking a motivated and competent professional to join our Governance & Compliance team. The selected candidate will collaborate with the Firm’s Partners and Professionals in managing and formalizing the activities of the Boards of Statutory Auditors and, where applicable, the Supervisory Bodies.
Main Activities
- Active participation in meetings of the Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Bodies;
- Analysis of corporate documentation and liaison with audit firms and corporate consultants;
- Operational and organizational support for governance and compliance activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Law, or similar disciplines;
- At least 3–4 years of experience in professional firms, audit firms, or corporate entities, preferably in Governance, Compliance, or Internal Audit;
- Excellent knowledge of corporate law, financial statements, and administrative-accounting aspects;
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
